Quick interview, less than 10 minutes. Was walked around the store and asked a couple of questions regarding experience. A couple of questions that were asked included how you would deal with an upset customer, what are some strengths and weaknesses, as well as why I wanted to work at Ross.

Applied online and interview was in person. It consist of behavioral questions such as “tell me about a time..” I was interviewed by two separate people. I believe one was the manager
The interview process was very simple and short. I was asked for my experience and availability during the interview. If you have cashier or retail experience, they are likely to hire you.
one interview on site, casual, very basic interview questions, description of the job and its difficulty, told about being temporary or part time with room for advancement, hired a few days later
