I submitted an application online. A couple weeks later the manager called me to set up an interview. I arrived at the store and was led me to the back, asked me where I lived, if I was in school, my availability, work history, etc. A second store manager asked me questions about what I like to do, why I want to work here, if I had retail experience, and what I like to do in my free time, and told me the duties of the job, the pay rate, and how many hours the store usually gives to employees. I was offered the job, which I accepted! Then the manager told me the dress code, how long my background check should take, and when orientation would be. Both managers were extremely nice, not just to me but the other employees as well. I look forward to working here!
