I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was straightforward. Asked me a few questions on my preferences for work hours and time, why I wanted to work for primark , what skills are needed and then scenarios.
Straightforward, relaxed interview process with one member of their management team. No complicated questions asked, all to be expected for this type of position. I was made to feel at ease.
Casual chat with some situational questions, such as prioritisation, and some personality type questions too, and why do you want to work here etc, they also gave a tour of the back of the shop but not in massive depth

Question 1
Which of these issues would you address first? Sorting a shelf, answering a clients question, redesigning the display
Asked questions from a booklet. It was my first ever interview experience and the employer was really really helpful with easing my nerves, even though I struggled to answer questions.
