First I applied online and give all of the necessary information. Then I took participate an online assessment. After successfully pass the online application they call for an assessment. There was face to face interview. The overall process is good and very friendly.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
