Interview
Took 4 months & 9 individuals who all asked the same basic questions; When I had questions about specific issues, all said they would get back to me. This never happened until after I was hired. I should have read this as a warning sign.
Technical, client, Managerial, HR rounds. There may be more rounds if they are still unsure. They first collect all qualification and experience docs at initial rounds and then proceed further

The first round was with the recruiter which was easy. The second round was with the group and it was average in difficulty but they wanted a candidate with a specific prior experience.

The interview was a smooth process going through recruiting into a technical meeting and having a higher stakeholder (Director) meeting after that.
Everything was handled relatively fast (less than a month) and very professionally.
