      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo

      Interview

Great interview experience. Interviewed on campus and then interviewed in person afterwards. Also had the opportunity to tour one of the plants to get a better idea of where I would be working and what that would be like.

Supply Chain Associate - Campus Hire Interview

      29 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

One interview on campus (3 questions, done within 15 minutes) with a quick response: next morning was invited to the second (final) round. The second round was a series of weeks later and made up of a dinner the evening before and then four, 30 minute, interviews: results orientation (2 interviewers), people skills (2 interviewers), leadership (one interviewer), case study (1 interviewer). Do not worry too much about the case study interview- besides the ease in finding the exact case study on glassdoor, you also spend not even a full five minutes discussing it. An HR staffer conducted it and quickly moved on to ask a series of behavioral questions for the remainder of the 30 minutes. Only three of the six interviewers actually worked in a SCM/operations role... Behavioral/fit questions were very detailed versions of "tell me about a time when...".... typically specific to interactions with professors or work experience. There was seemingly no coordination amongst the different interview rooms as questions in one room often times repeated questions already asked in a previous room with a slight amendment in the diction. *NO GROUP INTERVIEWS* *A LOT OF QUESTIONS- 40-50 total between the four interviews*

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you differed in opinion with a professor. Tell me about a time when two members in your group were in conflict and what you did. Tell me about a time when you had to change someone's mind about something and how you did it. Where do you see yourself in the future. *Note: only question that was overly generalized. No specific time frame provided. Tell me about a difficult situation and how you remained positive. Tell me about a time when you had to think analytically. *NO TECHNICAL QUESTIONS- unsure if this was due to the limited number of SCM/operations interviewers*
