    Global Management Trainee Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

    Interview

At first there were 3 online tests to do (cultural fit, situational test, logical reasoning test). The cultural fit test as well as the situational test were to rank reactions to specific situations. The logical reasoning test was just applying common sense on a situation described. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. After a short introduction of the recruiter, some questions were asked. The whole interview was over after 7 minutes. Just prepare the questions mentioned on here and you should be fine. Interview was today, awaiting their feedback now.

    Interview Questions

    • My questions were: (1) Why Ab -inBev? (2) Why the Global Management Trainee Programme? What do you know about the global trainee programme? (3) Challenges beer industry is facing? (4) How can you help the company deal with challenges facing them? What skills do you have that would allow you to tackle these challenges?   Answer Question
