I had 2 Interviews, one consisting of the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Webmaster, where I presented my digital portfolio, and discussed successes and failures in my freelance career, Many questions pertained to the quality of work I produced, and the ideology of working for a high demand corporate organization. This interview was followed up by a 2nd 2 part interview the first with the CMO, and Marketing Director, and a second with the Webmaster and Digital Marketing Manager. It was very positive and uplifting experience as oppose to a grilling. It very encouraging, and focused on strengths as apposed to weaknesses.
