3 interviews, first one HR, then with the manager and then the Director, the first one really easy they explain the role and ask you why you want to be part of the company the other two are more star questioning type of interview

What are your strengths? What are your achievements?
It was a very simple and straight forward process from what I remember. It was only one interviewer I believe, and they were kind and open to people who had very little experience.
You will probably have 2-3 rounds interviews. 30 minute interview with the recruiter or hiring manager. This is a very basic sales interview. You’ll be asked about your background and how it relates to BDC.
