There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter. The remainder of the process consisted of two rounds of same-day interviews with current consultants, likely senior-level. An offer was extended the same day.

Initial Phone call with a recruiter then two back-to-back video calls with higher-level consultants. One video interviewer was more serious and to the point, the other was more lighthearted and go-with-the-flow.

Tell me about a time you had deal with difficult team member or members.
Went through a typical phone screening with the recruiter then two back-to-back virtual interviews with Oracle employees, mostly behavior-based questions, straightforward. I accepted the offer but asked to delay my start date due to prior commitments, recruiter said it was no problem but then my start date got indefinitely delayed and Oracle soon after completely laid off the Academy Consultant program. Haven’t received any further help from the recruiter about interviewing and getting other positions within Oracle despite her saying she would, unprofessional on her end and the company for giving out the verbal offer but never giving me the written offer.
