I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The recruiter I talked to was super unprofessional. Just telling me how he just wants to get someone hired and be done with the process. He seemed to have no care in the world about the company or position, and also provided no useful information about the position as well. None of my questions were answered and even though he said after he would get me answers, I followed up multiple times, and he planned next steps but never gave me any clarification .
On top of all of that, he missed one of our set interviews. Fine, things come up I get it. But then when I was booked to talk to the VP of sales next, despite her calendar being open, the interview booked, and I prepared and showed up early, she was actually on vacation and again I got no-showed.
Reached back out to the recruiter and he said whoops she is out, oh yea we are also freezing the position.
For a giant company, horrible experience and showed how little they care for people.
Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

The interview process was a bit more than expected but overall, I can understand as the company is global and the right candidate is important when the organization has a global footprint.
