Was interviewed by Involver which got acquired by oracle. Had 2 45 min phone interviews. The first interviewer was expecting a short answer and the second interviewer wanted detailed answer . The questions were basic. Before the interview i was going through the involver interview questions. They asked the exact same questions in same order.

Initial recruiter call is about 30 minutes and walks you through the entire interview process. Received the link to schedule the next round interview after one week.
Technical interview wasn't difficult, pretty standard coding challenge.
Got ghosted after interview.

Fueron 4 entrevistas, dos de ellas fueron técnicas y las demás con RH. Bastante sencilla la entrevista con problemas de algoritmos fáciles de manipulación de Strings, Listas, POO, preguntas de bases de datos como Joins, una fue en Python y la otra forzosamente en Java. Todas tuvieron una parte para poner a prueba el inglés, 1 semana después de la última entrevista recibí mi oferta.

5 entrevistas entre inglés y español, preguntas técnicas y generales. Evalúan conocimiento y también SoftSkills. Hay rondas en donde entrevsistas con varios equipos dependiendo de tus habilidades, al final te lanza oferta un equipo o varios, o no te mandan oferta dependiendo de tu desempeño.
