There is no fixed answer they will have in their mind, they will check the attitude and approach of the candidate

Question 1
The overall experinece was very good, got to know many new things happening in the Product Based Industry, but the problem is that they will interview as like they are going to hire some Rocket Scientist but in the end the work is not that much creative or innovative
HR round which was basic to know about ourself and then technical which included various QA scenario questions and automation questions , then a managerial round which was less technical but more of personal skill related

Interview
For a Fresher, interview is average, not too difficult. Just few simple questions. Confidence helps long way in the interview, given you're a fresher takes away the burden of having prior knowledge of the market.
The interwiew was three hours long. And there were around 5 interviewers. The interwiew was in three different levels. First one was technical. The second was mostly quiz. And the final was a HR round.
