Interview
Interview was easygoing. They are super flexible with schedules. Most of the questions were what-if situations. I got a call back a few days later and scheduling for orientation was quick too.

Question 1
At Old Navy, we want customers to sign up for the old navy credit card reward system. Explain how you can sell the card to customers.
Process was fairly easy and went seamlessly. No complaints except for slight tardiness of interviewer. Everyone that interviewed was very nice and the location was also great. I was offered a position and declined but would recommend.
Idk how your interviewer will be but open availability typically gets u accepted more and if your interviewer is chill (u read the room and match what they are giving) then you could be more straightforward. I told mine I don't like disrespectful managers like the ones I came from at my other jobs. Just kinda know what you absolutely shouldn't say if you're a blabber type with intrusive thoughts (mee!!!).

It’s very quick. They just want to know if you’ve had any experience; it doesn’t have to be retail. They tell you that you’ll be put in any area so you have some experience in the store.
