The experience was pretty great. Very easy process to go through. As long as you answer the questions asked truthfully. You should have zero problems to worry about With your interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2013
Interview
First a fairly lengthy phone interview, then an "audition", which is a group interview. Then a third interview with was the job offer. I found out that there were two openings for the position I was applying for and I started with the other Merchandising Specialist on the same day. It was a very hasty interview process due to the need to fill the position. I should have taken that as a warning sign that the location had a high turn over rate - already both the other Merchandise Specialist and I have quit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in May 2015
Interview
Straight Forward and to the point, talked about style and what our plans were if we got the job, training was extensive and really helpful. I did not love the interview process but once I started i loved it
