I applied online on Sunday for the Sales Associate position via The Gap's website. The Old Navy store manager called me Monday and the group interview was held on Tuesday afternoon. It was pretty easy and consisted of group activities to test our chemistry and a store tour. I will say that I enjoyed everything, but the orientation was boring.

They were all expected, especially if you use Google to find out what is asked during the interview.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
