I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Traders Point, IN)
Interview
It was my first interview I had ever had and it ended up being a group interview. I think these are the worst! The manager called us all back into the back room. There were probably 8 of us. She asked us 10 questions each. Then after we answered the questions she took us out on the floor. We helped put away clothes and then we stood behind the registers and watched. It wasn't too bad but I knew going out of it I probably wasn't going to get it because there were people who were more outgoing and answered the questions better than I did.

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
