Interview
I applied on-line and was contacted in about 2 weeks for an in person interview. I showed up and waited on the hiring manager then she asked me about myself and my background, then she started talking about the position and how I would handle situations. I was then told that there would be a round 2 of interviews, but I was out of the country and received a voicemail stating that I had the job and then I just had to call back and set up my training session.

How do you interact with other employees when you don't agree with them?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
