Interview
Well I completed the application online and within 2 days or so I got called in for an interview. Well I walked in and asked for the woman I was suppose to interview with. She finally came out the back and asked me to walk over to a corner in the store. She asked me what is good customer service? I answered and that was the end of the interview. She stated she will give me a call back for the second interview. I was VERY upset because the interview was a 9am and it was a 2 hour drive for me. When she called back about the second interview I told her I wasn't interested in wasting my time and gas for a 2 minute so called interview!!
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
