Interview
It started with a basic phone screening, which was done by someone who isn't in the physical store. They picked up my application from the pool and requested an in-person interview, even though I had not applied to that specific location. I went in, and did the initial interview with the department manager, which consisted of questions and a quick mock sale of their rewards (credit card) program. Then I met the store manager and that was just another quick bit of questions and smiling and being super positive, which is ultimately what they want in a candidate.

What is an exampled of a situation where you had a difficult customer, and how did you better their overall experience?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
