I had a phone interview that lasted about 5 minutes. Then after the conversation was over they told me the position I had applied for had already been filled. I then went in for an in person interview. And then I had a second in person interview with the cosmetics manager which went well.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

Interview
The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
