I applied for the job through LinkedIn and had a recruiter contact me about the role expressing the team's interest in talking to me. Had to reach out to the recruiter to get them to set up the first interview, which went well. It's been three weeks and i've heard nothing from the recruiter or anyone else on the hiring team even after reaching out twice about any updates (negative or positive). This process has shifted my perception of Nordstrom towards a negative light, as I am sure this is not how the company would handle an interview. Ghosting a candidate is unprofessional, and I will think twice before ever interviewing for a corporate job with Nordstrom ever again.
