I had to go in person for my interview, they asked me a series of questions, and then I conducted a role play and has to sell a product to the manager. I thought the interview process went well and I enjoyed getting to know the manager during the interview.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

The process to interview at Nordstrom for the Commissions Sales Associate was a very simple process; I received a phone call interview first and then was offered an interview at the store with a Department Manager and I sensed that I would be offered the position immediately...I received a phone call a few days later where the Department Manager said to me that I was hired.

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
