Interview
Submitted application online and was called quickly for an interview. When I went in for the interview, I was brought in by the manager to HR's Room...She asked me a few questions, and took me on a tour around the store. I felt she was interviewing me based on my attire and looks, instead of what I could actually offer as a person.
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
