The process was direct, comfortable, and fairly fast. At times it felt like the interviewer was even slightly more "nervous" than me. But he maintained approachable and friendly the entire time which I appreciate it.

Was there a time when you had a failure at something you've attempted?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
