Filled out an online applications and received an email asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes, and I was asked general interview questions like "How would you greet me on the sales floor," and "tell me about a time you had an unhappy customer, and how did you solve the problem." I passed the phone interview test and was scheduled for a 1:1 interview 2 days later. It was basically the same as the phone interview. I also had to go to the handbag department and sell the HR girl a bag. It went REALLY well. She told me they would get back to me in a few days, but the Handbag manager called me herself about twenty minutes after I left asking for an interview the next day. I am going to that tomorrow. Hope I get the job!
