Interview
Was applying for a temporary sales position so it was very informal, they had me wait with a few other candidates in the back room and called us in one by one. First I spoke with the assistant hr manager and then after he interviewed me he brought in his boss, both were very nice, looked over my resume, asked me about my past experience and my interest in the postion. It took about ten minutes total and then they offered me the job.

Question 1
Why are you interested in retail? ( my major was merchandising)
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
