Interview
My interview process was great. I took a test online. I was called about a week later by HR and they wanted me to come in for an interview. I came in and filled out forms, basically asking me what department or position I was interested in. I then talked to an HR manager and we discussed what department would be best and what was open. I then met with the department manager. We discussed customer service, selling, what the job entailed and my experiences. I left after about a 20 minute interview. About an hour later, he called me and offered me the job.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
