Interview
Over the phone interview with HR and then in person interview with HumanResources, and Department Manager for whatever position you are interviewing for. First is Human Resources If you can make it to the Department Manager interview that means you basically are hired

Interview
First you apply online and a few days later received call back. First interview is a phone interview with hr. Then next day was interviewed in person by same hr person. Interview was straight foward. Then 2 days later(would have been next day but they were preparing for big sale) had final interview with department manager.
