The company came to our college during third year of engineering.They short listed 70 candidates according to academic performance for written test(general aptitude). 4 out of 70 were selected for f2f interview.This was completely technical interview. 3 out of 4 were selected for HR interview which was a video conference with Indian and Japanese officials. 2 out of 3 were selected for the internship at their RnD headquarters in Tokyo.

I do not recommend this internship. The recruitment process was unprofessional, consisting only of an IQ test before receiving an offer. During the program, the workload was split between mainframe systems, manual testing, and Java Spring Boot. I found the focus on legacy mainframes and manual tasks to be a waste of time, as they offer very little value for a modern developer's career growth.

Tuve una prueba y una entrevista. La prueba eran preguntas de razonamiento lógico y cuantitativo. Luego de eso vino la entrevista, donde principalmente preguntan sobre tu experiencia y alguna que otra pregunta técnica del área a la que aplicas.
