I was interviewed over the telephone technically in April 2014 for the role of developer. I would say the interview process went well and the interviewer even discussed about my preferred job location and the offices in the particular city. Till date, I am being told that my candidature is put 'on hold' . I am really not sure what would this mean and can I look forward to have further discussions for this position?
