Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. I found that each part was handled with care, guidance, and enthusiasm. The conversations felt genuine; we were both looking for the perfect fit. I was prepared, provided additional details where needed, and gained perspective from different parts of the organization.
There was 4 rounds of interviews. Screening call, hiring manager, another manager, panel/culture interview. Overall process was not an issue, I had updates and full visibility into when they were planning to make a decision.
