All interviewers and hiring managers allowed me time to express myself. All of them of technical, which helped in communicating effectively. Other good thing is, questions were not random but on topics relevant to teams' day to day work. It helps in narrow down System Design and DSA preparation. Also, going deep into concepts helped at this level. Only bad experience was well known long recruiting cycle after interview completion till joining date. It takes around 2-3 months for me. As I was immediate joiner; this time and delay at each phase was very frustating. If delay or long cycles can't be improved atleast comunication is expected to be straight forward; so that candidate can plan and make make good use of their waiting time.
