Good and easy. Just be friendly and create a rapport with the interviewer. My interviewer was a little rude so I didn’t like the way he talked to me but the questions were fairly easy

Online application via LinkedIn, then in person interview, you needed to find ways to improve the store before hand, e.g better signage, clothing rails not in walkways, disabled access, then received a phone call offer
Face to face interview with manager, asks about 6 or 7 questions from booklet relating to customer service and previous employment or flexibility. Most of these are very basic "tell me about a time" questions, and they dont have to be job related
