In this role you will be expected to recommend products to a customer. Describe a time when you recommended a product to a customer. How did you identify their needs and inspire the purchase of a new product that interested them? How did the customer react to your recommendation? Did they buy the recommended product or something else?

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
