It was quite simple. I applied online and was directed to take a couple of quizzes. A series of questions regarding customer service and general personality questions of how one would act in a retail work in environment. I got the job completely online from the quiz answers and started my onboarding fairly quickly. good job, i worked their for a summer.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
