Took 4 months to get hired. Had to complete personality test and math/english assessment online before being selected for phone screen. Had a phone screen and three phone interviews before on site interview. Very comprehensive process.

Question 1
Most questions were behavioral in nature. Some stress questions. "What's my leadership style?"
Pleasant atmosphere. I was in a room with 3 people asking me about my experiences. The usual questions that one might expect. They were open and honest about the expectations etc.

Interview
Quick and easy going. Smooth. Questions were fair and manager was nice to me. I had a good experience with them. I would do it again if given the chance. Good team. Great staff
