Pretty casual and easy.I got the interview within a week of applying (not sure if was winton a couple days, but definitely within a week). I went in and went through the interview process which was no more than 30 minutes or so. I received an offer the day off.
It was actually pretty great! The person that interviewed me made me feel at ease and was very friendly..and even better I got a job offer at the end of the interview and I scored the Job!

They ask questions like "Do you have experience?" "How well do you work with a team?" Ect.

Very supportive of my life commitment and maximizing commission.
They told me to focus on the young ladies, updating fashion that the Dept needed to pursue aggressive goals and do not persuade the seniors to drop online shopping.
