First, there was a public info session, followed by a private info session to people who got interviews. The interviewers were stores managers and high level HR. During the first interview, I was asked to analyze some information for 15 minutes and make a three to four minute presentation based on my analysis. The second interview, right after the first one, was behavioral. Less than a week after, I was received an email from the campus recruiter letting me know that I had pass to the second round. This took place at Macy's headquarters. The first day was networking and company information followed a dinner. The second day consisted on more interviews 1:1, presentations and personality and skills test.
