I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
Initially contacted by External Executive recruiters because of posting a resume on Monster.com. Had a first and second interview by phone--both meaningful, full-on interviews. Passed on to District Manager for face-to-face interview then a final with the Store Manager of my current location. All interviews were professional and serious but friendly.
