Interview
On campus interview. Very conversational and relaxed. No technical questions were asked, because the interview was to get to know me for who I am and how I would fit with the rest of the team.
Consisted of only behavioral questions, 2 30 minutes interviews with senior manager and partner. More of a conversation style, but will ask more behavioral as follow-ups to answers. Very friendly, not difficult if prepared well

Two 30-minute interviews back to back. One behavioral, one technical. Both had an authentic conversational tone. Both interviewers were experienced professionals in the practice I applied for. The technical questions were directly related to the experience I outlined.
