I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
Application to offer took around 4 months. The stages include an initial application, situational judgement test, numerical & verbal reasoning tests (these are quite challenging so it is wise to practice beforehand) and then an audio submission responding to three set questions.
Finally, if you pass these stages, you are invited to the Launch Pad - this is the final stage of the recruitment process and is split into three sections: Group Exercise, Written Assessment and Partner Interview.
Group Exercise: lasts about 2 hours and entails multiple sections. Initially you are given a short brief and for each section next information / a new challenge is added.
Written Assessment: by far the hardest part of the day. Organising your time is key.
Partner Interview: This was laid back, however, the follow-up questions were quite tricky. Commercial awareness is fundamental, and so is a good knowledge of tech. A couple of competency based questions.
And finally, you should have a decision (offer or not) within two working days following the Launch Pad.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit, it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit
