I had one on-campus interview with the manager I would work under. I had a second on-site interview with a group of potential interns from different fields (accounting, finance, IT, etc). My on-site interview was with a higher-up in the company.
For my experience, the interviews were very conversational. I was only asked to walk through my resume and talk about my leadership experience.
