Interview
I had a meeting with hiring Partner. The meeting took just under an hour and it was a very pleasant chat. The Partner was doing most of the talking describing the role and his place and mission in the organisation. I had little time to talk so preparing in advance what I wanted to convey was very helpful.

The questions were quite generic as in "tell me more about you".
KPMG’s “guarantee” to interview people with disabilities who meet minimum job requirements is a load of tosh. Either they don’t communicate their minimum job requirements properly or they don’t do what they say. Poor show KPMG.

Do you want to be considered under the guaranteed interview scheme?
Very straightforward and easy. The interviewer was very nice and we had good conversation. The questions asked were appropriate. We discussed the role and the compensation, benefits, and the company culture.

Good process, interview was thorough and in depth. The process in general was extremely efficient and prompt. Excellent onboarding process thereafter and very welcoming all round. Very good experience and would recommend.
