The interview process lasted about 3 months and began with face to face then video interview by yourself on hirevue, behavioral and analytical assessments, video interview with hiring manager then a hiring event at IBM in coppell.

For background and what my personality was like. Second interview with hirevue was technical and based off case study questions. Third interview was about my background and why I wanted to do SUMMIT. Last interview was getting to know me and how my goals align with ibm. Was more like a conversation.

The screening interview was quick and easy. Mostly general behavior questions and what-if scenarios. The process takes about 2 months and includes group presentations. They have two main cities for digital sales ( Dallas and Atlanta) during the phone screening they ask for your preference again
