I applied through university. After three months receive a phone call to schedule an interview. I interviewed at IBM (Halifax, NS). Two persons took the interview.
Mostly behavioral questions. A few technical questions relevant to my resume.
After the in-person interview, they ask to take online CAT test. Finally, they said they would like to have one more interview and they will let me know when a tentative schedule is available. However, after that, I didn't get any response.

Interview was done using a video call.

- asked about a project I was working on and asked about specific things I did for my project
- 3 easy/medium (2 easy, 1 medium) programming questions. They asked me to share my screen and complete it in my IDE in front of them.
- 2 behavioural questions

Interview
Many interviews were conducted. Started as a phone interview with head hunter. When successfully completed that, I completed an online aptitude test which was very difficult. Then there were three more interviews with mangers (webex) before being officially onnboarded. The process took 8 months.

I applied online in the winter. A few months later, I received a phone interview. In the next two weeks I got the offer and was given two weeks to decide. It was much more quick and much less technical than I expected.
