I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Bogotá, Bogota) in Jan 2025
Interview
The selection process was a comprehensive and dynamic experience that truly tested my skills and adaptability. It began with an initial virtual call with the recruiter, where I had the chance to discuss my background and motivations. The second phase was an interview with my potential manager, which included a mock call to assess my communication and problem-solving abilities in a real-world scenario. From there, I progressed to three interviews with different managers, each focusing on key aspects such as adaptability, problem-solving, and cultural fit within the company. While the process was rigorous, I found it incredibly engaging and insightful. Each step provided a deeper understanding of the company’s values and expectations, and I felt both challenged and motivated to showcase my strengths. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that reinforced my enthusiasm for the role and the organization.
