I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (Los Angeles, CA)

    Interview

Had a phone call with the recruiter. I thought the conversation went well. My experience certainly didn't lack. However, this companies process doesn't align with their claimed values of providing feedback and seeming as personal as they make it sound on their website. I received an automated message saying they decided not to move on with my candidacy. Felt very impersonal especially me taking the time out to interview. There also wasn't a connection made to perhaps keep me in mind for any future roles. Their interview process felt bias to me. They seem to want the best "talent" but don't have the best people seeking to hire them based on my experience.
