HubSpot has a summer Product Team internship program.
This program is built to help our interns learn key design, coding, and business skills, and also take advantage of the the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a rapidly growing software company, while having some fun along the way, of course!
In fact, we invest so much in our interns that a large percentage of them go on to accept full time positions with HubSpot. Many of our team leaders today started as interns and continue year after year to develop their careers with us.

I worked at HubSpot full-time (More than 3 years)
HubSpot was somewhere I called my 2nd home for a little over 3 years. In those 3 years, the company naturally changed due to being in a hypergrowth phase, yet I will always have extremely fond memories.
- Company culture is outstanding. Employees are genuinely valued, relationships are built and the office is generally a very fun place to be.
- Fantastic environment for those who like to learn. You are challenged but never without appropriate support. You work with very intelligent people that help you upskill in a way that will not only help you in your current role at HubSpot, but will benefit the rest of your career.
-There sometimes can be an air of elitism when it comes to hiring and an inflated sense of ego. Nothing extremely detrimental, but enough to think "Hey, don't take yourself so seriously."
Advice to Management
Whilst the company genuinely tries to be "Global First", there are a definitely a few areas for improvement, but the important thing is that you're working on them and that it's a key focus.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot.
I applied online after filling the application form and I received an email one month later asking me to do a video-recorded interview. You have between 30 seconds and 1 minute to prepare the question and a specific amount of time to answer. Unfortunately I wasn't successful and couldn't advance with the process.
