I was contacted for a first round phone interview / preliminary discussion. We scheduled one for the following week. During the scheduled interview time, I waited patiently for the recruiter (internal) to call me. After about 10 minutes, I decided to shoot her an email to 1)let her know that I was expecting her call and 2)that if today wasn't a good time, I would definitely be willing to reschedule and to let me know if this was the case. Finally, after about 20 minutes, I gave up. Now, I know that that circumstances happen, etc. and I am understanding of that. However, five days have now passed and I still have not received any follow up correspondence. Needless to say, I expected more from a company with such high reviews. As a result of my experience, I no longer would consider joining/working for Hubspot.

Question 1
What all things you considered as BA for launching new product in market?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
The recruiter was fantastic. I had two interviews followed by a case study. I think the case study is a big time drain, and it did not seem that they were very prepared for it in my opinion.
A couple of interview rounds: recruiter, manager, two team members, manager again. Small case study included that was presented to team. Offer made at the end. It was an OK process, though longer than it likely needed to be.
