I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
- recruiter
- manager
- role play
- three person behavioral interview
- director
The entire process took 5 weeks, which is pretty long if you ask me. Probably needs to be 3-4 weeks, but not complaining.
They do a great job of making sure you understand how to approach a deal (especially the things exploratory meeting). Since inbound marketing is followed, they want to make sure you can progress and close deals.
Overall it was a good process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was roughly 2 weeks and I had an amazing experience with Claire! Very transparent process. Interviews consisted of 4 separate calls: screening with recruiter, conversation with hiring manager, mock discovery, final round (Zoom meeting) with 3 managers as I’m remote.
Love that you had a great experience working with Claire and that you had the right level of transparency even while interviewing remotely. So glad you're joining our team and we're excited to learn from your experience as a remote employee and how we can keep getting better there. Welcome to HubSpot!
Best,
Becky

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was great! Holly, the recruiter I worked with was fantastic! She was very responsive, quick to jump on calls, and very knowledgable about the role and everything that came along with it.
